These images will not be included in our monthly Challenges.

AI Photo Submission Guidelines:

The AI Gallery is open to all current YDAPC members in good standing.

• YDAPC Members who cannot attend our meeting may submit photos to the AI Gallery.

• YDAPC members can access AI submission form via the AI Gallery, the AI information pages, or ‘How to Submit to the AI Gallery” page. 

• AI images may be totally generated by AI Software or may be a composite of your image and AI generated component(s).

• AI images must be a JPG file sized to 1200 pixels on the long side of the photo and set to medium to high quality. Resizing instructions are on this website under the “How to…resize your image” tab.
• To post in the AI Gallery, complete the AI form and don’t forget the description space:
  • Your name and image title
  • Explain which AI generative software you used.
  • Describe which components were generated by AI, or if the entire image was generate by AI
  • If possible, include the word prompt you used to create the AI image
• You may submit a maximum of two images every 90 days.
• Photos will not be archived. Make sure you save your image on your computer.
• An image incorporating any use of a word prompt to create all or part of the image may not be submitted for the monthly Challenge but is perfect for the AI Photo Gallery.

After you submit your image and the information, wait for the confirmation screen to ensure the photo transmitted successfully. Your device and your connection to the internet determine how long the submission will take.

Keep in mind that this is a family-friendly club. Nudity is acceptable as long as it is presented in a tasteful manner. Photography may not contain depictions of sex or material that would be considered sexually pornographic by a reasonable viewer.
