I am Carolyn Cross, but most know me as Kay. For 60 years, I have been taking photographs of family, friends, nature, or whatever gets in front of my camera. I am self taught and mostly take photos for my own pleasure but I have exhibited my photographs at camera clubs, and the Sedona and Prescott libraries. My photos have been published in calendars, and in the Photographer’s Edge Catalogs.

My husband Cliff and I moved here in 2006 from San Marcos, California where I worked as a dental assistant, in a MAC tool business with my husband, as a clerk for a gun club, not to mention wife, housewife, grandma, and great grandma! I am now shooting a Canon 50D and (using Photoshop CS5 with a lot of help from Cliff.) My objectives are twofold: first for fun and secondly to get that “wow’ shot and, on occasion, beat my husband Cliff in photographic competitions!
