Photography has been my passion since I was a teenager. I’ve used many different cameras – a Kodak Brownie, 35mm (Nikon), 120 film (Hasselblad, Mamiya), 4×5 View Camera (Zone VI) and my current camera, a Canon 50mp DSLR. I enjoy developing and printing my own photos; it gives me more control and creativity over the final result. As Ansel Adams once said (and has been quoted many times) “The negative [now the digital capture] is the score and the print is the performance.”

My favorite genre is landscape, as I love capturing the beauty and diversity of nature, but also urban, old cars, planes and rust.
